Display - February 2022

Cats seemed to feature quite a bit in last month's images - this month it looks like it is flowers!

With this month's topic of "display" it seems appropriate that we start by highlighting the display of statesmanship & leadership shown by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.  An actor and comedian by training, he has shown himself to be quite inspirational as a leader during this time of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia - he is on a completely different level to what we have in this country!

One thing you may not know is that he was the voice of Paddington Bear in the Ukrainian version of the film!

Here are the images that you have asked me to include, starting with a couple from Sue:

Sue - A fruit display in Tenerife

Sue - Hibiscus on display in the Canaries

Kate - Chinese New Year display

Kate - Spring has Sprung display!

Don - wonderful snowdrop display at Chawton House

John - red arrows display!

Ken - a woollen educational display at Kew Gardens
(I had to look up most of these words!)

Jan - a display of resourcefulness!

Jan - I wish this display was in my garden!

Angela - 2 photos showing displays in my garden

Gaynor

Gill - waiting for England to put on a winning display!!

Keith - a display of Tea Pots in a Coffee shop at the St James Club Resort, Antigua.

Steve - fast, friendly and fun
(our Comet display board and stand at the dinghy show)

................ and the last word / image comes from Gaynor in Dublin:

....and our topic for March is "Horizon"
